A. Once you register with National Collections for one of our annual packages, you will receive information regarding registration to Equifax. This is for all your credit reporting and default listing for unpaid debts. Equifax is a data analytics business. They are the leading provider of credit information and analysis in Australia and New Zealand. If you have a bad credit rating, it is listed with Equifax.
A. When an account has exceeded your terms of trade it can be handed over for collection.
A. Once your account is handed over to your Account Manager for collection, do not contact your debtor. However if your client/debtor makes payment or contacts you direct, make sure your Account Manager is aware. This information will assist in keeping your file up to date and avoid any confusion which may arise.
