Debt Collection Low Commission Services

The solution to your debt collection problems is only a telephone call away

By using National Collections:

  • Your outstanding accounts are collected quicker and in a cost effective manner

  • You are indicating to all your debtors that you are geared to efficiently handle accounts which are outside your normal trading terms

  • The likelihood of accounts being unpaid beyond a reasonable period is reduced

Once you decide which package best suits your requirements, an Authority of Service document is required. This will be forwarded by email for your approval and signature. The documents required will depend on the chosen package.

If you choose an annual registration, a Debt Collection/Credit Control kit will be mailed to your postal address. Included in the kit are full instructions as to procedures. Our staff are happy to help with any questions you may have, feel free to call us anytime.

Your Account Manager will act on instructions, once the debt recovery process begins, your debt will be subject to commission only on collection.

Legal action is a last resort at National Collections. If your Account Manager has exhausted all areas of the collection process, legal action may be offered as the next step in attempting to recover the outstanding account. Costs involved for GPC (summons) will be discussed. You may discuss your file with our experienced legal department regarding procedures involved and ongoing actions.
